| Triangle Telephone Cooperative Association, Inc. is a company owned by its customers (members). The cooperative was incorporated on March 24, 1953 by rural residents of north central Montana. Triangle Telephone Cooperative (TTC) currently provides telephone, Internet, and other enhanced communications in 14 Montana counties. Telephone service is provided to over 10,500 telephone lines connected with 6,800 miles of line. |

| TTC is headquartered in Havre, Montana and shares its office with Hill County Electric Cooperative, Inc. and TTC's subsidiaries, Central Montana Communications, Inc. and Triangle Communication System, Inc. Central Montana Communications, Inc. was established in 1994 and provides telephone service in thirteen exchanges acquired from US West Communications. Triangle Communication System, Inc. provides Montana In Touch Internet, Montana In Touch Long Distance, Chinook Wireless digital PCS Service and Nemont wireless service. |
